I’m Matt—a certified trainer and martial artist. I bring decades of fitness experience. I help martial artists and professionals boost performance, get in phenomenal shape, and optimize muscle mass and body fat. My approach is rooted in real-world discipline, innovative training methods, and a relentless passion for excellence. I’m also the cofounder of Vital Combat Fitness and founder of The Missing Link Project.
